November 20th:  

Special Informational Discussion with the Board to review and collect input to proposed revisions to the HOA's Governing Documents including the Covenants, ByLaws and Rules & Regulations. Materials were emailed on 11.13.24. 

 

The Villas Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm.  Open owner forums are quarterly in March, June, September, and the annual meeting in December.   

 

The next Board meeting with an open owner forum will be December 11, 2024 at 6:30pm (the annual membership and budget ratification meeting).
The next Board (only) meeting is on Wednesday, January 8th @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

The next quarterly assessment is due on January 1, 2025.  Payment is considered late if not received by January 15th.  The 2024 assessment is $687/quarter.

​

The $3,500 special assessment can be paid in up to six (6) quarterly payments.  The fifth special assessment payment of $584 is due on January 1, 2025.  Payment is considered late if not received by January 15th.  Prepayments will be accepted.
