The Villas Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm.  Open owner forums are quarterly in March, June, September, and the annual meeting in December.   

 

The next Board meeting with an open owner forum will be June 11, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.
The next Board (only) meeting is on Tuesday, July 9th, 2025 @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

The next quarterly assessment is due on July 1, 2025.  Payment is considered late if not received by July 15th.  The 2025 assessment is $687/quarter.
