The Villas Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. 

 

The next Board meeting is on Wednesday, April 8th @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

The next quarterly assessment is due on July 1, 2024.  Payment is considered late if not received by July 15th.  The 2024 assessment is $655/quarter.

​

The $3,500 special assessment can be paid in up to six (6) quarterly payments.  The third special assessment payment of $584 is due on July 1, 2024.  Payment is considered late if not received by July 15th.  Prepayments will be accepted.
