YOU SHOULD KNOW​

• The Villas Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm.

• Open owner forums are quarterly in March, June, September, and the annual meeting in December.    

  • The next Board meeting with an open owner forum will be September 10, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

  • The next Board (only) meeting is on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. ​

• The next quarterly assessment is due on October 1, 2025.  Payment is considered late if not received by July 15th.  The 2025 assessment is $687/quarter.​
