YOU SHOULD KNOW​

• The Villas Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. 

• Open Owner Forums are quarterly in March, June, September, and the annual meeting in December.    

  • The next Board meeting with an open owner forum will be the Annual meeting on December 10, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

  • The next Board (only) meeting is on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. ​​

• The next quarterly assessment is due on January 1, 2026.  Payment is considered late if not received by October 15th.  The 2026 assessment is $721/quarter.​
