Use this form to submit a request for variance to the HOA's covenants or rules and regulations.  Variance requests include:

• Landscaping (trees, shrubs, plants, flowers, other vegetation, or edging, etc.)

• Residential unit (doors, windows, lights, driveway, patio, awnings, etc.)

• Décor (flowerpots, flags, signs, seasonal décor, other décor, etc.)

• Other (video/surveillance equipment, grills/BBQs/fireplaces/pits, outdoor furniture, outdoor recreational equipment)

 

No variance request can be completed without prior written approval by the Board.
